Cancellation Policy
We are a small business and pride ourselves on being available for our patients.
If our patients don’t provide us with adequate time when cancelling an appointment, other patients unfortunately miss out and we as a business suffer hardship.
How Much Notice Is Required?
We require a minimum of 12 hours’ cancellation notice for all appointments.
A cancellation fee that is an amount equivalent to 50% of the relevant consultation price will be incurred where less than 12 hours notice has been provided.
Our Discretion
We understand that life happens and our number one priority is our patients.
As such, we allow each patient to miss one standard appointment without incurring a cancellation fee. Each missed appointment thereafter will however incur a fee.
